​I chose this hotel for a birthday weekend away, and it couldn’t have been more perfect! From the moment I arrived, I was thoroughly impressed by how spotlessly clean the entire venue was. ​My room was immaculate—maintained to an excellent standard that made the weekend feel incredibly special and relaxing. On top of that, the food was amazing; every meal was an absolute treat. ​The highlight of the hospitality was Lobin, who was absolutely fantastic! Their kindness, helpfulness, and willingness to go above and beyond really added that extra-special touch to the birthday celebrations. ​If you are looking for a flawless experience with top-tier service for a special occasion, this is the place. I will definitely be returning!

I recently stayed at Novotel London Brentford and had a fantastic experience. The hotel was clean, modern, comfortable, and the staff were welcoming throughout my stay. The room was excellent, the facilities were great, and overall it was a very enjoyable visit. Following my stay, I unfortunately received a parking charge despite having paid for hotel parking. The issue arose because the hotel car park was completely full when I returned later in the evening, leaving me with no available parking spaces despite already having purchased parking. After contacting the hotel, Muhammad Abbas, the Front Office Manager, went above and beyond to help resolve the situation. He listened to my concerns, communicated with the parking company on my behalf, and kept me updated throughout the process. Thanks to his efforts and professionalism, the parking charge was eventually cancelled. What impressed me most was the level of customer service. Muhammad genuinely cared about helping a guest and took ownership of the issue until it was resolved. That level of service deserves recognition. I would highly recommend Novotel London Brentford to anyone staying in the area. Great hotel, excellent facilities, and most importantly, staff who genuinely care about their guests. Thank you again to Muhammad and the entire team for a wonderful stay and for resolving the matter so professionally.

We came for the Bruno mars concert and ended up arriving 6am the day of check in. Yousef was extremely helpful and took our bag in so we could go off. Once we returned in the early hours of the morning we were greeted by a smiling familiar face and excellent service, he managed to give us a lovely room and even gave us some plates + cutlery when our delivered food arrived. The room was extremely spacious, clean and the bed and pillows were so soft I didn’t want to get out of them. After the lovely breakfast we asked Sohni for towels and directions to the pool and she was also extremely friendly and kind. Could not recommend this hotel more. The level of attentiveness and kindness shown was akin to a true 5* hotel. I’ll definitely be staying here again

They offer plenty of comfortable seating, excellent workspaces, and fast Wi-Fi—making it the perfect, productive spot to sit and work before the business day begins. The entire property is spotlessly clean, and the staff are incredibly welcoming, creating a comfortable, "feels like home" environment. Thanks to the excellent soundproofing, it remains remarkably quiet and peaceful, which is ideal for focused tasks. Another major highlight is the breakfast buffet, which offers plenty of meal choices, including extensive vegan options. Highly recommended for corporate travel and meetings!
