Riding the Volks on a beautiful day is a treat unlike any other - the views are lovely and people wave to you as if you were royalty…go all the way to the Blackrock station but don’t bother with the marina as it’s an ugly concrete slab - take a walk back along the sea or another ride? You won’t be disappointed.

Very fun experience for first timers in Brighton - a must try! For the oldest running electric railway, it’s so well maintained and run by the kindest people. Get a return ticket so you can also enjoy it on the way back :)

What a lovely ride for all age of people. Have been to Brighton many times but first time found it running. Its a century old railway. Having ride across the long beach is fun. Train was full of people from kids to grand parents. Ride price is very reasonable and staff was good too.
