The Beach Studio

Brighton's beach sits across the road from The Beach Studio, a ground-floor apartment where the living space, kitchen and dining area flow together into one. Large windows let in plenty of light and look straight out to sea. Sleeping arrangements are flexible: a sofa bed in the living room doubles as extra sleeping space, while a pull-down double bed is tucked into the bedroom area. The shower room is compact but complete, and the kitchen has everything needed to cook properly—oven, hob, microwave and full-sized fridge—though the seafront offers no shortage of places to eat instead.

The location means you can be on the beach in seconds, swimming at the heated Sea Lanes centre, or walking the shoreline whenever you fancy. Brighton Pier is close by for fairground rides and fish and chips, the Royal Pavilion is a short walk inland, and the Lanes district has independent shops and cafés tucked into narrow streets. The marina offers restaurants, bars and water sports. Parking is on-road. The essentials—heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi—are included. No smoking indoors.
