About Hamptons Brighton
Brighton's New Steine square, a short walk from the Pier and the Royal Pavilion, is home to Hamptons Brighton, a townhouse guest accommodation offering simple, affordable rooms in the heart of the city.
Rooms are plainly furnished and en-suite, with family rooms available and some looking out over the sea. Each has drinks available in the room, and the property runs a 24 hour reception with free WiFi throughout and luggage storage for those arriving before check-in or leaving after check-out.
The seafront location puts pubs, bars, restaurants and eateries within easy reach, and the surrounding area is well suited to walking and cycling, with golf, fishing and watersports also nearby for those wanting to get out beyond the town itself. It's a straightforward base for exploring Brighton rather than a destination in its own right, with styling kept simple throughout.

Left quite satisfied as this is one of the cheaper hotels around. Communal toilet was kept very clean, I had no issues with the shower inside the room and the water was nice and warm. Quiet location as well, with easy check-in. Gave four instead of five stars because the rooms don't look as nice as the photos, which personally I didn't mind too much. Also wish the blinds worked a bit better as it was quite bright in the morning.

Had a wonderful stay at Hamptons Brighton! The owner was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always helpful throughout our visit. The room was spotless, comfortable, and had an amazing view. Everything was clean and well looked after, which made the stay even more enjoyable. We truly had a wonderful experience and felt very well taken care of. I would definitely come back again and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Brighton.

The host (i wish i asked a name) was so lovely! had an issues with a iron and went a brought one for us and gave us a rose for valentines. Checking in was easy and any questions was answered fast as well as being so polite and welcoming!

Rooms were pretty decent if you dont plan on staying in. No fan was provided and only one window so no flow of air. Other than that. Good experience
