We found this place by chance and popped in to have a look around . We were really surprised that this place was really pretty and so unique to what we had seen at other venues ,it really was thoroughly enjoyable experience as there's lots to see and immerse yourselves in . The garden is broken up into sections of different themes from a Alice in wonderland part to a Italian garden and a dinosaur and even a tribute part to the artist Monet. This is very educational and great for young children with really unique appeal. It also has a large tearoom with everything you usually find in them . If you are a parent or grandparent then this is worthwhile destination for taking the kids out to see in our opinion. This is a paying destination with entry fee similar to national trust or English Heritage.

I visited these gardens with my sister last week. She has mobility issues and is registered disabled. We were shocked to find that these gardens have no concessions for the disabled, nor seniors. The gardens were in a state of disrepair in many areas, sadly needing some TLC. The dragon on the lake by her nest, was not visible from the other side of the lake as the undergrowth had swallowed it up. On a positive note, the dinosaur park was newly constructed and was entertaining. The Italian garden was fun but the water dance didn't vary between pieces of music. The railway station was fun. The shop didn't carry any of the stock advertised on it's entry. We didn't buy any refreshments as the entry fee was extortionate for what it's worth. We left very disappointed, never to return again.

Absolutely fantastic, I wasn’t expecting such an amazing time, beautiful gardens of many themes, and the dinosaur park blew us away. Loved it 😊

Wow! What a great place to spend the day. The gardens are well maintained, the show of dinosaurs are amazing. There’s something for young and old to enjoy. The cafe staff are well mannered and accommodating serving a variety of food and drinks. I would definitely recommend a visit. Overall 10/10
