About Delta Hotels by Marriott Bristol City Centre
Walk into a room at Delta Hotels by Marriott Bristol City Centre and there's proper space to spread out, with air conditioning, an en-suite bathroom and the option of a family room if needed. The hotel has 300 rooms across ten floors, so there's plenty of choice, though it's worth knowing that some rooms show signs of wear rather than feeling freshly refurbished throughout.
Breakfast is a strong point, with a wide spread on offer each morning, and there's a restaurant and bar on site for later in the day too. Beyond food, guests have access to an indoor swimming pool, a gym, a spa and sauna, plus practical extras like room service, laundry service, luggage storage and concierge help. Business travellers are catered for with meeting rooms and business services, and there's an electric vehicle charge point along with chargeable parking nearby.
The location is central Bristol, close to Cabot Circus for shopping, Castle Park for some green space, and the Harbourside for a walk or a bite to eat. Staff are consistently described as friendly and ready to help, which counts for a lot in a hotel this size, and pets are welcome for those travelling with an animal in tow.
What guests say
I had an outstanding experience at Delta Hotels by Marriott Bristol City Centre. From the moment I arrived, the service was exceptional, but I would especially like to thank Shiju, who made our visit truly memorable. Shiju provided warm, professional, and attentive service throughout our time in both the bar and restaurant. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and always went the extra mile to ensure we had everything we needed. His recommendations were excellent, and his genuine hospitality made us feel welcomed and valued. The food was delicious, the drinks were perfectly prepared, and the atmosphere was fantastic. It is rare to receive such consistently outstanding customer service, and Shiju is a real credit to the hotel. Thank you for making our visit so enjoyable. We will definitely be returning and highly recommend Delta Hotels by Marriott Bristol City Centre to anyone looking for excellent food, drinks, and exceptional hospitality.

Room was perfect very clean and well presented, mattress was VERY firm but once we got used to it, it was fine. The pillows were divine. The view was also lovely. Breakfast was one of the best I've had in a hotel All the staff we encountered were lovely and very helpful Only thing is I was not completely impressed with was the bar, very expensive and the menu was almost obsolete as they had nothing I ordered from it. I gave up on my 3rd request and just ordered a standard spirit and lemonade, the barman did double it up for me for the inconvenience which was very kind, so it was still a good experience

Never again will I stay here. I've stayed 3x and every time there is a problem with the elevators where they only have 1-2 working of the 3. Place is sold out due to graduation and only ONE elevator is working so no one can get down to check out. We walked down 9 flights with our bags. Rooms look nice and are functional but bed is like sleeping on the floor. I had to get clothes out of my bag to act as cushioning so I could sleep. Staff very friendly. Breakfast excellent. Location great. Elevator extremely problematic.

Great location next to malls and restaurants. There is also a park right outside the hotel however it has some unsavoury characters hanging around at all times. Makes people feel unsafe. The hotel lounge was the standout feature of the hotel as it has plenty of room and snacks are great on the evening. It was extremely hot in there though ! Parking right next door at a special rate of £17 a day with in out privileges. Overall the hotel needs a good update in the some of the common areas. However the parts that have been done look great especially the family room.
