What guests say
My partner and I stayed here overnight as part of a work party organised by our employer - the room as comfortable and cool (especially with coming after the 40° heatwave!) and the day and overnight staff were nothing short of exceptional and attentive! Staying in a standard double+single room, the beds were comfortable and fairly spacious. Everything we needed was either in the room already or a quick call away through room service and the whole space was very clean when we checked in! As mentioned, the staff were attentive and amazing throughout our stay - especially Faz on the night shift, who helped me and my partner get a taxi over to A&E and rescheduled our check-out to later in the day in case the wait times at BRI were too long. Matthew and Peter were also amazing while we were checking out! Very comfortable hotel, in an excellent location for onward connections by bus and train and for shopping and exceptional staff - will definitely look at booking here again!

I would like to highly commend the staff member Cheyanne who assisted me with the check-in process . From the very moment I arrived, they were incredibly friendly, professional, and welcoming. Their warm hospitality and reassuring attitude instantly took away my travel fatigue and made me feel completely safe, comfortable, and at home. This staff member's outstanding performance deserves the highest praise and recognition. Thanks to them, I have a fantastic impression of your hotel, and I will definitely choose to stay with you again and recommend your property to my family and friends.

We stayed here for just one night, and it was amazing. The bed was very comfortable, and the room was spotless. Check-in and check-out were both very easy and smooth. The hotel is also quite close to Bristol city centre, which was very convenient. The staff were lovely and very helpful. I would especially like to mention Cheyanne — her kindness, help with check-in, and recommendations on where to go were amazing. Top-notch service! Last but not least, I would also like to thank Mathew, who helped us check out as quickly as possible. We would definitely love to stay at this hotel again.

Rooms were not what I expect for a four star hotel. We got the deluxe room, which we paid to upgrade to, but there are no tea or coffee making facilities in the room and the bed was pretty hard. We then asked for a late checkout and were told we’d be charged for that, fair enough that wasn’t so much of a problem. We called room service for extra towels and that took over an hour to come. We had finished by that point. We spent our third night in the Hilton Garden Inn down the road, where we got an extremely comfy bed with tea and coffee making services and late checkout for free at a cheaper nightly price. Also don’t get the breakfast it was nearly inedible. I’ve had much better breakfast at a Premier Inn. Which by the way has a better room if you get a premier plus with an espresso machine and a special make-up mirror and the bed is always comfy. Save your money and go to Premier Inn or Hilton. Location is amazing though if you’re not bothered about any of the above.
