Really great staff. We didn't eat here, but the food smelt lovely. Really kind to helping me with my disability and great parking facility for blue badge holders! The staff were so helpful and friendly. Very clean room, bed linen, etc. Very pleasant stay.

Excellent location, easily one of the most modern Premier Inns I've been to. The check in machines actually work, the lifts both work, air con works in the room. No apparent mould in the bathroom. Breakfast area was tidy. Already doing better than most Premier Inns! Plus nice touch when they leave packet of chocolates in the rooms and sweets for the kids when leaving the breakfast area. Have seen better, more personalised service at other Premier Inns, and the vending machine for drinks wasn't working when we wanted to use it, so brings it down to 4 stars. Would definitely stay there again.

Had a great stay at this Premier Inn. The rooms provided a nice break from the heat and were comfortable and clean. Very quiet too. But best of all I accidentally left my house keys in the hotel room and Kurt the superstar made sure I got them back via post!! Thanks Kurt 😍 👏

Great base to explore Bristol. Staff were all great but especially the guy on the front desk/bar this evening who was so kind to my son and brought us games to play whilst we sat in the bar area. Stayed in a heatwave and the room was lovely and cool.
