Lily’s Cottage

A contemporary riverside cottage on the River Bure, Lily's Cottage sits in Wroxham at the heart of the Norfolk Broads. The property forms part of a small development and has been designed with an open plan ground floor combining living and dining areas with a kitchen fitted for everyday cooking. Upstairs are two bedrooms—one double and one with twin singles—along with a family bathroom.

The whole cottage is yours alone, sleeping four. Essential supplies like electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are included; the kitchen comes equipped for self-catering. One car can park on site. There are two outdoor spaces: a front bench with waterside views, and an enclosed rear deck with furniture looking towards the private mooring basin. One dog or cat is welcome at no extra cost. Smoking is not permitted inside.

Wroxham itself has shops, cafés and restaurants within walking distance, and boat hire is available directly from the village. The train station connects to Norwich eight miles away. Those without a car can explore the Broads by public transport and river trips. Fishing from your doorstep is possible in season with a valid licence.
