Puffin Cottage

Puffin Cottage comes ready to live in. Electricity, heating, wi-fi, bed linen and towels are all included, so you arrive to a functioning home rather than a to-do list. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, microwave and fridge; the living space opens onto a patio with garden furniture and views across landscaped grounds towards the River Bure, 50 yards away. Upstairs is a double bedroom and a shower room with a heated towel rail.

The cottage sleeps two and is yours alone—a complete property rather than a flat or shared space. One small dog is welcome. There is private parking for one car on site, and a pub within a mile. The River Bure runs unfenced through the grounds, and on-site fishing is available to those with a licence. Wroxham itself is walkable for shops, cafés and restaurants, with bus and train services to Norwich and the coast, plus boat hire and river trips daily.
