The Riverviews - Bewick Swan
Broadland
The Riverviews sits in the heart of the Norfolk Broads National Park, where the River Bure flows through Wroxham and a private marina sits moments from the property. This contemporary house is arranged over two floors and sleeps seven across four bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom. The ground floor holds three bedrooms, while upstairs an open-plan living and dining space opens onto a balcony overlooking the water. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering, with electric cooking and a dishwasher among its appliances.
All the essentials – electricity, heating, bed linen, towels and wi-fi – are included. Outside, an enclosed courtyard garden has furniture and a barbecue, and there is parking for two cars on site. The property's riverside location opens doors to boating: a motor launch is available free of charge for much of the year (a deposit applies), or day boats can be hired at preferential rates during peak holidays. If you have a valid fishing licence, the owner's river frontage nearby is available for fishing. The area suits families and groups looking for a base to explore the Broads by water, or simply to spend time on the water's edge. No smoking is permitted inside.
