Wroxham sits at the centre of the Norfolk Broads, where the rivers and lakes draw boaters, fishers and walkers year-round. Pottergate Cottage is an end-terrace property within a small cluster of riverside homes, with its own patio overlooking landscaped grounds and the River Bure beyond. One small dog is welcome here.
The cottage has one bedroom with a kingsize bed and a separate dressing room for luggage. Downstairs, the open-plan living space includes a kitchen with electric oven and hob, and a sitting area with television and French doors onto the garden. There is one bathroom with a bath, shower and heated towel rail. Essentials like electricity, heating, bed linen, towels and wifi are provided, along with private parking for one car. No smoking inside.
On-site fishing is available (seasonal, with licence required), and the 50-acre grounds are shared with other properties. Wroxham itself is walkable—shops, cafés and restaurants are a short distance away, and boat hire runs daily from the village. The Bure Valley Railway, a model village and Wroxham Barns craft centre are all nearby. Regular buses and trains connect to Norwich and the coast.
