A utility room, study and separate toilet complete the floor. The house spreads across three storeys with seven bedrooms and three bathrooms distributed to give plenty of privacy alongside shared space. The first floor holds four bedrooms—a super king with dressing area and jacuzzi bath, three doubles, one of which connects through to another—plus a second living room. The top floor adds two more doubles and a pair of singles, with a games area on the landing.

Outside, two acres of gardens include a heated swimming pool (open May to September), tennis court, decking with barbecue and garden furniture. The property sleeps 14 and welcomes one small dog. Wi-Fi, heating via air source heat pump with oil backup, bed linen and towels are provided; wood for the burners is included. Six cars can park on site. No smoking throughout.
