Norfolk's coastline and walking country are both near South Barn, a converted barn sleeping ten across five bedrooms and three bathrooms. The property stands in Broadland countryside, positioned for easy access to seaside villages and the network of rural paths that cross the region. Heydon itself is a working village; nearby, the coast offers beaches and marshland reserves worth exploring on foot or by car.
The barn opens into a generous kitchen and dining space where a breakfast bar sits alongside room for proper meals. A second living area has a woodburner; the main lounge is where people tend to gather. Ground floor bedrooms suit those who'd rather avoid stairs—one has an en-suite shower, the other a separate toilet nearby. Upstairs, three further bedrooms include one super-kingsize; a family bathroom and two en-suites mean people aren't queuing. The grounds wrap around the building: lawned gardens front and back, a patio with furniture and firepit on the side, space for six cars. Heating comes from an air source heat pump with underfloor warmth in the main rooms. Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are provided. One dog stays free. No smoking inside.
