The Riverviews - Crested Grebe

The Riverviews - Crested Grebe is a modern house overlooking the marina in Wroxham, at the heart of the Norfolk Broads. Built with clean lines and open-plan spaces, it feels designed for waterside living. The ground floor holds one double bedroom with ensuite and two single rooms sharing an ensuite, while upstairs the main living area opens onto a balcony, with a third double and ensuite, kitchen, and dining room arranged across the first floor. Accommodation is for six guests, with every bedroom having its own bathroom.

The kitchen is equipped for proper cooking—electric oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave and full-size fridge mean you're not restricted to basics. Heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are all provided. Outside, an enclosed courtyard with garden furniture and barbecue offers a private outdoor space; there's parking for two cars on site. One pet is welcome. The river is roughly 100 yards away, and the owner offers free use of a motor launch (except during Whitsun and the summer school holidays, when day-boat hire is available at preferential rates through the owner directly). If you hold a fishing licence and bring your own equipment, you can fish on nearby river frontage owned by the property. Non-smoking throughout.
