We have bought from here a few times. We popped in today to have a browse and get some charcoal for the bbq and mentioned we had misplaced a part for a cantilever parasol purchased here a couple of years ago. We dealt with three members of staff who were all trying hard to see if they could find or dig out a spare for us. In the end they didn’t have one, but they kindly found us a screw with the same size thread which will do the job for now. Appreciate the help and support. Thank you.

If they haven't got it, you don't need it. Very knowledgeable staff and helpful. Prices are what you would expect or lower, with some very good prices on stock they want to move on for new stock coming in. I don't usually connect in cafe at such places as sometimes I wonder if the cafe is more important than the actual store. But this one is exceptional. Cakes look so good and the baps we had were really good. The only thing I would say is that although the bap bread was good, it makes substance. A puff of wind. Filling was excellent. They also have a garden centre where the plants look fresh, healthy and again reasonably priced. We are really fighting, should we take them up on their offer of a a gazebo reduced to clear.

Amazing service from fantastic staff. Steve in particular was brilliant - he provided us with honest advice regarding our barbecue which saved us over £100! We will definitely be visiting again.

These guys are always excellent. On this last visit, they worked to pull together a spare part for something is broken. As it wasn't something that they sell directly, they gave it to me. Always good advice and good value with a friendly approach.
