Moorings House

Moorings House comes fully equipped for a self-catering stay. Electricity, heating, bed linen and towels are all included, along with superfast Wi-Fi. The kitchen has everything needed for proper cooking—gas oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge—while the three bedrooms each have their own ensuite shower room. Two bedrooms have super king beds; the third has two singles. One dog is welcome.

The whole property is on one level, arranged around an open-plan living and dining space with patio doors onto a decked garden area. There's parking for two cars on site, and the enclosed garden has furniture for sitting outside. A three-step entrance leads into the ground floor. No smoking is permitted indoors.

The location is on the Norfolk Broads, on the Norfolk and Suffolk border. A pub and restaurant are 100 yards away, and the beach about eight miles. The property sits on a working boatyard accessed by a rough track; a fenced river runs through the garden, ten yards from the house.
