We stayed at Fellows House for four nights as two adults and had a really pleasant stay overall. The hotel felt comfortable and well run, with a nice mix of practical facilities and a relaxed vibe. The pool was a great bonus and we made good use of it while we were there. One of the biggest positives was the free laundry, which is genuinely useful, especially if you’re staying more than a night or two. Breakfast was really good too. The highlight for us was the omelette station. the omelettes were layered almost like crêpes, which made them feel a bit more special than your usual hotel breakfast. The only downside was the parking, which we found quite expensive, so it’s worth keeping in mind if you’re driving. A special mention has to go to Janet at reception, who was really helpful throughout our stay. She was welcoming, professional, and easy to chat to, and she made a great impression. Janet’s a real asset to the team and definitely added to our experience at Fellows House.

Beautiful interior and a modern hotel situated in a super convenient location in Cambridge. Very warm welcoming during checking in as well as checking out , informing us about any valuable information about facilities that we need to know during our one night stay. Relaxing spa and swimming pool evening, although small, it was not overcrowded and there was no fighting for the lounge beds. Everyone was quite respectful of others. Small area but very cosy, with sauna and steam room for preference. Plenty of fresh towels and water station provided alongside fresh robes in the room. Spacious room, king size bed with massive bathroom all to ourselves for the night. There was nothing we did not enjoy during our stay. One minus would be the windows and relying on air con throughout the night but it was manageable. There’s a deposit request so be prepared as a protection policy which is a fair play. There wasn’t an opportunity to try gym facilities nor any food during our stay since we ate out but that’s something to add on to during our possible future visit. Thank you :)

Great stay at Hilton! The room was clean and comfortable, and the service was warm throughout. Special thanks to Janet at reception — she was friendly, professional, and very helpful with our check-in and questions. She made us feel genuinely welcomed. Would happily stay here again.

I am truly lost for words about the exceptional service from fellows house Cambridge , the team at fellows house were amazing so accommodating and full of smiles! The room and facilities were immaculate and very clean! We had added on a Prosecco package and what a lovely touch , the staff made it feel magical and peaceful for myself and my fiancee and I really couldn’t recommend a better hotel! The restaurant and dinner service was unreal and we will be definitely coming back! Thank you😊
