Breakwater Cottage

Whitstable's beach, high street and seafront restaurants are all within a few minutes' walk of Breakwater Cottage, a three-bedroom house on the edge of the town centre. The location suits families and groups wanting a base for exploring the Kent coast and the town's independent shops and food scene without being in the thick of things—the cottage sits quietly beside the church at the end of a terrace, with a rear garden and patio.

The ground floor holds a living room with woodburner and smart TV, opening onto the garden, and a fully equipped kitchen with electric oven, gas hob, dishwasher and washing machine. Upstairs are three bedrooms: a kingsize, a double and a bunk (with a double base and single on top), along with a bathroom containing a bath and shower. The essentials—wi-fi, electricity, bed linen and towels—are included, as is the initial fuel for the burner. One well-behaved pet stays free of charge. The cottage does not allow smoking.

A travel cot and highchair are available, and you'll find a welcome pack on arrival. On-road parking is provided outside.
