The king deluxe room was beautifully designed but I guess that’s where the money goes. Design over comfort. The pros: Lots of complimentary freebies Big walk in shower Double sinks Comfortable memory foam bed Beautifully designed. The cons: Pillows extremely thin. If you like a thicker or firm pillow, bring your own. The room gets extremely cold. The aircon is supposed to provide warmth also but stayed cold. Thin blankets Very small room with no where to store belongings so stuff ends up scattered everywhere. Very noisy, situated between two lively pubs. The Hugo is supposed to be “for sleep” according to their check in pamphlet, but I’ve never had a worse nights sleep, even with the complimentary ear plugs. £120 a night is very expensive for what it is. Wouldn’t stay again.

Great AC good experience. they worked with me when I didn't have SMS to get into the room. 2 points of feedback: 1. also send confirmation via whatsapp/direct email since so many traveleres don't necessary use SMS 2. write a note about how to get into the building because its a bit harder to find since its a side door and not well labeled.

Great location and clean room. Esay self check in and out. Very comfy and I totally recommend it. Just keep in mind that there's no storage place in the building. The nearest stacher I found was 10 minutes walk.

Best place we've stayed! So modern, so clean, location couldn't be better - on the main street. Mattress was very comfortable, bathroom was spacious and new.
