Our Special wedding day! Leighton who managed our wedding breakfast and reception.. he done an absolute amazing Job. Everything went smooth! Well organised and just exceptional service made by events staff! Food absolutely fantastic... turkey meal cooked perfection. Nothing was too much trouble. Deffinetly will be visiting in the future for events etc. Stayed at village also, Karen at reception was fantastic, helpful and polite. Deffinetly a great place to have your special day. Thank you for village Cardiff you have made us some special memories ❤️

We arrived at Village Hotel and it was very easy to locate. When we arrived in to reception, a lovely man greeted us and explained everything. Nothing was too much trouble. The pool, gym and spa area was great! Very clean, quiet late into the evening. We enjoyed the saunas and hot tub. Staff all round have been fabulous. All full of smiles and polite. All working very hard non stop during breakfast. Unlimited breakfast was average but a great price. The price we paid for our room was exceptional for what was included. Loved the starbucks on site and the room was so clean and tidy. Bed was comfy! Showers great. A downside was that the soaps weren't refilled for our visit and my sleep wasnt great due to loud noise from vents/fans/boiler type noise. Overall though, fantastic stay. We had a fan in our room too. Would 100% come back again. No problems at all with our standard double room, just the loud noise. Lots of parking. Very happy!

Shocking experience with parking when attending a conference recently. Received a fine for £100 despite filling in all the correct paperwork. I thought that this would be resolved easily but I have been totally ignored at every level by Village Hotel. Will never go there again and ensure that I share my experience with as many people as possible…
