About Cilbronnau Farm
Tucked into the Ceredigion countryside near Cardigan, Cilbronnau Farm is a tiny, wonderfully peaceful site where just a handful of pitches enjoy breathtaking views across unspoilt farmland. The spotless facilities — private cubicles, each with its own shower and basin — feel more boutique than basic, and the spacious grass pitches come with fire pits and log delivery, perfect for slow evenings under the stars. Friendly hosts ensure everything runs smoothly, and with dogs welcome year-round, cycling and kayaking on the doorstep, and the coastal path within easy reach, it's an ideal retreat for couples or families after proper countryside quiet.
The site's wild, scenic setting makes it feel wonderfully remote, yet shops and a farmers' market are nearby when you need them. A gem for those who value simplicity done exceptionally well.

What visitors say
Our first visit to Cilbronnau Farm, and it definitely won’t be our last. This campsite is an absolute gem — peaceful, beautifully maintained, and run with so much care and pride. From the moment we arrived, the friendly hosts Sophie and Tom, made us feel welcome. You can tell they genuinely love what they do, and it shows in every detail across the site. The views are breathtaking — rolling countryside, open skies, and sunsets that are honestly some of the best we’ve seen. It’s incredibly quiet and calming, the kind of place where you instantly feel yourself unwind. The facilities are excellent. The showers and toilets were spotless, warm, and clearly well looked after. The fire pits with QR‑code log ordering were such a clever touch — so convenient and meant we never ran out. Location‑wise, it’s perfect: - Only a quick drive to Cardigan for shops, cafés, and anything you need - Beautiful beaches just 15 minutes away - A member of the Greener Camping Club, which really shows in how respectfully the land is managed. We went to many local beaches and towns and we have an electric car that was easy to find chargers for. We also booked a dolphin‑spotting tour from New Quay (obviously not something the campsite controls!) but we were lucky enough to see loads — such a special experience. For anyone who prefers something ready‑made, they also offer a fully set‑up glamping tent and The Granary, which sleeps four. Both looked beautifully done and ideal for couples, besties, families, or solo travellers wanting comfort with countryside charm. Overall, Cilbronnau Farm is the perfect mix of quality, peace, and convenience. We loved every minute of our stay and are already planning our return.

We had such a lovely stay at Cilbronnau Farm! Great size pitches and love the fact it’s limited to 11!. Very clean bathrooms and great extra amenities. The hosts were super friendly and having the option to buy logs was a bonus (delivered to our pitch too!) Absolutely loved staying here and looking forward to coming back! ❤️

A very nice, quiet spot that offers everything you need. We received a very warm welcome. The only thing is that the pitches with power hookups are on a slope, so bring leveling wedges. Diolch am bopeth! Hwyl fawr, Anette and Michael

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED - I had a fantastic 4-night stay at Cilbronnau Farm. It’s a bit of a hidden gem to be honest. Only 5-10 minutes from Cardigan town centre and 15 minutes from Aberporth ( I did paddle boarding), yet peaceful, quiet, and surrounded by nature. The site is small but feels really spacious. Even when fully booked (as it was during my stay), it still felt calm, relaxed, and never crowded. The low-impact approach makes it feel extra special, and it’s clear the owners care deeply about the natural environment and wildlife. SPECIAL MENTION for the toilets and showers…easily some of the BEST I’ve used at any campsite. They’re housed in a beautifully converted shepherd’s hut and genuinely feel like a home bathroom. Spotlessly clean, thoughtfully designed, and full of charm. Add in the views and sunsets, and this is now my go-to campsite in the area. Definitely worth checking out.😊
