About Coedhirion Farm
Day at the beach or day in the Brecon Beacons? How about both? Cracking Carmarthenshire site Coedhirion Farm is in a mighty handy location between the two, allowing you to pick freely between coast and countryside (and also castles, theme parks and botanic gardens) on a West Wales whim.
This family-friendly place sits on a working farm just off the A48—excellent news for those who fear manoeuvring their van along little lanes—and a leisurely 10-minute stroll from a couple of country pubs in Llanddarog. Carmarthen is around a 10-minute drive for shops and supermarkets. Peaceful times beckon: woods and wildflowers surround the site, and there's a dedicated wildlife area with a small duck pond and nature trails for the nippers. You're also welcome to pet and feed the farm's Limousin cattle and Texel and Coloured Ryeland sheep (though do pick your animal snacks wisely and wash hands afterwards).
The well-maintained shower and toilet block has won plaudits from previous guests, with one reporting it's "cleaned so many times each day we lost count." Pitch options range from hardstanding to grass, with electric hookups available across the board, plus there's a chemical disposal point and water taps dotted about.

What visitors say
Nice for a short stay, quite a cramped site but was quiet and other campers respected the situation. 4 pubs within walking distance but not many footpaths in the area if you're a walker. Facilities clean and tidy.

I have been going to coedhirion farm camping for over 5 years. Its a quiet little farm with shower block, washing facilities. If you you like a quiet break away this is the perfect place. Owners are very friendly and welcoming. Feels like a home from home.

Thoroughly recommend camping at Coedhirion Farm. Lovely flat pitches with or without electric hookup. Extremely clean toilet and shower facilities which are checked and cleaned several times each day. Surrounded by farm animals such as sheep, ducks and a super friendly pig who loves getting her tummy scratched. Reasonable prices and very friendly and helpful owners who will try to ensure your stay is top notch. Ours certainly was and we hope to return. Great place to “go with the flow” with lots of fantastic places to visit in the surrounding areas. Thank you Daphne for a lovely break away from it all.

What a wonderful place. The owners are welcoming and very friendly. The site is kept spotless considering it's on a working farm. Some amazing sheep. The pigs were stunning and fun to watch. The ducks liked to come visiting. Definitely coming again with the grandchildren
