Heddfan Annexe
Carmarthenshire
Photo: Google Maps
Llanboidy is a quiet village in the heart of Carmarthenshire, positioned between rolling farmland and the Pembrokeshire coast—close enough for a beach day, far enough to feel properly rural. Heddfan Annexe is a self-contained ground-floor space with a bedroom upstairs, sleeping two people in a private setting away from the main house.
The layout is straightforward: downstairs holds the living area, kitchen and shower room; a single double bedroom is on the first floor. The kitchen has an electric hob, microwave-oven-grill and fridge, so you can cook properly if you want to, or keep things simple. There's a sofa bed in the lounge as well as the bedroom upstairs. Electricity, Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are included. A garden with sitting area and barbecue is yours to use, and there's parking for one car on site.
This suits a couple looking for a base to explore both countryside and coast—Llansteffan Castle, Ffynone Waterfall and the Pembrokeshire beaches are all within reach. It's a no-smoking property. Check-in is after 15:00 and checkout before 10:00.
