Ivy Cottage

Everything at Ivy Cottage is on one level. You walk straight into a living and dining room with a smart TV and doors onto the garden; the kitchen sits alongside with electric cooking, a microwave and washing machine, plus a separate sun room for quieter moments. Bedroom 1 has a double bed, Bedroom 2 has two singles, and there's a bathroom with a bath and shower. Parking for two cars is on-site, and the place is yours alone.

The enclosed garden is lawned with a patio, seating and a barbecue. Beyond that, you have access to 5½ acres of shared woodland grounds with further sitting areas and garden furniture. One dog stays free, and a welcome pack is provided along with doggy extras. Electricity, Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are included; you'll find a highchair here too if you need one, and a bike store. The cottage does not permit smoking.

Llandysul lies within reach of Scythe Cymru, Dynevor Castle, Dryslwyn and the National Botanic Gardens of Wales. The Brecon Beacons are accessible for exploration. Within half a mile you'll find a shop, pub and restaurant. Note that the woodland grounds include sloping banks and a lake.
