Typicca Farmhouse sits on an active sheep farm in rural Carmarthenshire, midway between Felingwm and the Brecfa hills. The surrounding countryside draws walkers and mountain bikers; trails of varying difficulty crisscross the area, and pony trekking and bird watching are both available nearby. Llandeilo, a market town with independent shops and cafés, is a 20-minute drive away. The National Botanical Garden of Wales and various castles are also within reach.

The farmhouse accommodates six people across three bedrooms: a king, a double, and two singles. There is one bathroom with a double shower. Downstairs, the kitchen has electric cooking, a fridge and microwave, with a washing machine for longer stays. The living room contains a woodburner, Freeview TV and exposed stone. A rear garden with seating faces open countryside. Parking for four cars is provided on site.

Bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and heating are included; a travel cot and highchair are available on request. The property is non-smoking, and one well-behaved pet may stay at no extra cost. You have the entire house to yourself.
