Aberaeron's Georgian streetfront overlooks working harbour and beach, with walking trails running along the Aeron Coast in both directions. The town has independent shops, pubs and restaurants; dolphin-watching boat trips, water sports and golfing are all within reach locally. Awel-Y-Mor is a three-storey terraced house in the heart of it, recently renovated with views across the water from its upper floors.
The layout spreads across basement, ground and first floor. Downstairs holds the kitchen and dining room with Smart TV and full cooking equipment including dishwasher and air fryer, plus access to an enclosed back garden with furniture and barbecue. Upstairs on the ground floor is the living room and a twin bedroom. The first floor contains three more bedrooms: a kingsize, and two singles, along with a bathroom offering both bath and shower. One external Victorian toilet serves the garden (available April to October). Bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and heating are all included; a highchair and welcome pack are provided. One well-behaved pet stays free. The property is non-smoking. Note there are three steps in the garden.
