Hafdir is a detached house sleeping up to 10 guests, positioned on the eastern shore near Cardigan in a quiet hamlet. The entire property sits on one level, with a utility room containing a washing machine and tumble dryer, a spacious living and dining kitchen, and five bedrooms spread across the accommodation. Three bathrooms serve the space. One bedroom has a king bed with ensuite; another offers a king with French doors to the garden; two rooms contain a pair of single beds each (one with its own ensuite); and the fifth has bunk beds. The kitchen is fitted for cooking proper meals—electric cooker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer—and the living spaces have Freeview televisions.
Outside, an enclosed lawned garden with patio and furniture faces the property, and a private hot tub is available to use until 10pm daily. There is parking for two cars and an electric car charging point. The house comes with bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and electricity included; oil central heating keeps things warm. A welcome pack, two travel cots and a highchair are provided. Two steps lead down into the garden itself. Smoking is not permitted. The property suits large family groups or friends travelling together, and ground-floor access throughout makes it workable for those with mobility considerations.

Clean and well stocked with everything we needed. All the rooms are big. Even the utility room is big enough to sleep in. Five bedrooms, all quite roomy. One of them has a door leading straight to the hot tub outside. Guess which one I claimed! The beds were comfortable, no pointy bits on the mattresses. We stayed here for a week and my dad remarked that he slept well. I've never heard him say that about all our other staycations. Personally I prefer a firm bed over medium firm, but I appreciate that need to cater to a variety of guests. The garden was big and enclosed, which was great for the dog. There's an EV charger on the driveway, but it didn't work. Management was quick to respond and offer an alternative charging solution. They were very responsive to calls and emails throughout our stay and the service gets a solid A. Unlike some places, there are no books, DVDs, games, ornaments, figurines or special decorations that stand out. Some people might see this as being sterile, but personally I like a minimalist aesthetic. Also means fewer things to accidentally break! I would definitely stay here again.

Best place we’ve ever stayed. Spacious rooms and lovely kitchen with scenic view, this house had everything we ever wanted for our stay, it’s very private and peaceful location with nice yard and a jacuzzi to relax. Check in and check out process was very easy. Thanks to hotel gwbert for a lovely experience would love to come back again.
