Ffin Yr Afon is a traditional cottage that sits right on the Ceredigion coastline, a few steps from the coastal footpath. The building captures the character of coastal living, with rooms arranged across two floors: a ground floor centred around an open-plan living and dining space, plus a sun room, and three bedrooms upstairs split between a double, a kingsize and two singles. Two bathrooms serve the property, one with a bath and shower, the other a shower cubicle.

The kitchen is fully fitted for self-catering, with an electric oven, gas hob, dishwasher and microwave, while a separate utility room houses the washing machine and tumble dryer. Essentials like electricity, heating, bed linen, towels and wifi are included. The back garden has a private hot tub for four, seating and furniture; a shared electric car charging point is available if needed, and there is parking for four vehicles on the property. One dog is welcome to join you.

The location works well for anyone wanting to walk the coast path or explore the surrounding beaches and villages. The cottage is unsuitable for guests with mobility difficulties, as there are several steps both at the entrance and within the garden. No smoking is permitted inside.
