Ty Mor

Ty Mor is a newly built house on the Cardigan Bay coast near Gwbert-on-Sea, with uninterrupted sea views across the Teifi Estuary. The property sleeps 15 across seven bedrooms: five kingsize rooms, one that can be a kingsize or twin, and one with a kingsize plus single. Six bathrooms mean no queuing; most have walk-in showers, and heated towel rails are throughout. The ground floor holds three bedrooms and a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. Upstairs, a large open-plan living space combines kitchen, dining and sitting areas, with bi-fold doors opening to a balcony, plus a fourth bedroom tucked off the living zone. The top floor has the remaining three bedrooms and a family bathroom.

The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking—electric oven, induction hob, dishwasher, microwave, wine cooler and coffee machine included. Electricity, wifi and bed linen are provided. Outside, a private hot tub seats four, and there's a swim spa for guests' use. The enclosed garden has a patio, firepit and gas BBQ. Private parking fits three cars, and an electric car charging point is available at cost. One well-behaved pet is welcome. The house is non-smoking. Cardigan, two miles away, has shops, galleries, a theatre and castle; the beach and coastal paths are on the doorstep.
