You enter Penrhiw through your own enclosed courtyard, which opens into a generous ground-floor space where living, dining and kitchen flow together under exposed beams. A wood burner anchors the seating area, backed up by underfloor heating for year-round comfort. The kitchen has everything needed for self-catering: electric oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge-freezer and washing machine. Upstairs, three bedrooms sleep six: a king with ensuite shower, a zip-and-link king (or two singles on request), and twin singles. The main bathroom has a bath with shower and heated towel rail. All linen, towels, Wi-Fi and initial logs are included.
The cottage is a converted barn on a working sheep farm near Tregaron, with parking for three cars and a bike store. The enclosed courtyard has garden furniture and overlooks rural views; red kites are regularly seen in the area. Llangeitho village, three miles away, has a shop, café and pub. Walking and cycling routes start from the property, and there are opportunities for mountain biking in the surrounding landscape. One well-behaved pet stays free. No smoking inside.
