Penrhiw Cottages - Ty Bach Twt
Ceredigion

Ty Bach Twt is a converted stone building on a working farm near Tregaron, sleeping up to three. The cottage works well for a couple, though a sofa bed in the open plan living space means a child or additional guest can stay too. Everything is on the ground floor: a combined living, dining and kitchen area, a double bedroom, and an en-suite shower room. The kitchen is equipped for self-catering, and there's a woodburning stove for cooler evenings. WiFi, heating, bed linen and towels are all included. You arrive to your own enclosed courtyard with patio furniture, a useful spot to watch for the red kites that are regularly fed nearby.
The cottage sits in walking and cycling country. Tregaron, three miles away, hosts the annual walking festival each May and has become a magnet for long-distance walkers; marked routes start from the farm itself. The small village of Llangeitho is within easy reach for everyday shopping, a café breakfast, or an evening meal at the pub. If you have a dog, it stays free and there's an enclosed garden to use. Smoking is not permitted inside.
