Tregaron sits in the heart of mid-Wales, where the Teifi valley meets moorland rising toward the Cambrian Mountains. Felin Hedd occupies 17 acres of its own grounds here—woodland, open pasture and riverside frontage that draws red kites and buzzards. The property itself is a 200-year-old threshing barn, substantially rebuilt but retaining original stone, exposed beams and cast-iron machinery as reminders of its past.

Four bedrooms and two bathrooms sleep up to eight across two storeys. Ground floor holds a kingsize bedroom with doors to a balcony, two singles in a second room, and a fully equipped kitchen with dining space beside a wood-burning stove. Upstairs, two further double bedrooms and a second sitting area without television create natural separation. Electricity, heating, wi-fi, bed linen and towels are included. The kitchen handles serious cooking; a separate utility room has a washing machine and tumble dryer.

Outside, the hot tub sits on the terrace near an enclosed garden with picnic bench and barbecue. A games room 14 yards from the main building houses a pool table, darts board and air hockey.
