Red Kite Lodge is a newly built property on a working smallholding in Ceredigion, set within 17 acres of grounds that reach toward the Cambrian Mountains. The main house is yours alone, with space for seven guests across four bedrooms. Ground floor accommodation includes a bedroom with zip-and-link beds that can be configured as a kingsize, plus a walk-in shower room. Upstairs, the master bedroom has a superking bed and ensuite, a second ensuite bedroom with kingsize bed, and a single bedroom. The open-plan ground floor has vaulted ceilings and underfloor heating, with a kitchen equipped for proper cooking—electric oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge-freezer—plus a utility room with washing machine. Wi-Fi, electricity, bed linen and towels are all included.

The private hot tub sits in a gated area at the front, while an enclosed rear garden with patio and furniture provides outdoor space. You get parking for six cars and a bike store. One dog is welcome provided it stays on a lead—the property sits in sheep country. The location suits families and groups wanting countryside seclusion without sacrificing comfort; there is a river area 150 yards away. No smoking in the property.
