The Laughing Seagull

The Laughing Seagull is a single-storey holiday home on Aber Bay Holiday Park in Ceredigion, within walking distance of the beach and coastal path between Borth and Aberystwyth. The whole property is yours alone, sleeping four across a double bedroom and a twin room, with a shower room and open-plan living space that opens onto a decked terrace facing the sea.

The kitchen is equipped for proper cooking, with gas hob and oven alongside the usual appliances. The living area has a TV and French doors onto the terrace where you can sit out. Bed linen, towels, heating and Wi-Fi are all included. Three steps lead to the entrance, and the layout is entirely on the ground floor. You have private parking for two cars.

The holiday park has an indoor heated swimming pool (15m × 10m) available to guests, along with changing and shower facilities. An on-site restaurant serves food, and there's a games room. The property does not permit smoking. The coastal path and beach are the main draw here—both close enough for a morning walk before breakfast.
