Not ideal for children under 1. I know it’s suggests there is lots to do but there isn’t. Before entering I did ask the receptionist if she has big soft blocks that my daughter could play and pull her self up on, to which she replied there were. Upon entering this was not the case. The baby area was out of date and old, things she has at home but dirtier and ready for the bin. There were bits of the baby room that’s was falling apart, not safe for wondering hands. I won’t be returning here. Its in desperate need of a little update.

Honestly do not knock this place until you have tried it. It is spotlessly clean. Caters for children of all ages, and the occasional adults. There are multiple areas for children both young and old to enjoy engaging in all it has to offer. Food is served on site, it also has make shift shops , ball pits and plenty of staff who are dedicated to making your stay as pleasant as possible. Ample parking facilities. I very much enjoyed this experience and would encourage others to do the same .

I did my Daughters 4th Birthday here and the service we recieved was outstanding, Amy who was out party host was brilliant very friendly and polite. Receptionist also very kind and friendly. The Harry Potter room was decorated brilliant 🤩 very pleased. Honestly couldn’t speak highly enough of the staff they do a great job, the place is clean, the food was nice the kids absolutely loved it.

Lovely place for our little ones to play, Good for all ages, Love the air-conditioning! We saw a member of staff handling a medical emergency incredibly well the other day so feels like a great place to be!
