Great location for my needs, right near lots of bars/restaurants. Short walk into town. Rooms basic but clean and tidy. Decent bar area with pool table. Nice selection at breakfast. No hotel carpark but there is one right beside hotel which was free 8pm-8am and an NCP also right next-door where you can get 25% off ticket price from the hotel reception. Nothing fancy but did the job nicely and at a reasonable price.

Great stay!! Despite the hotel being fully booked over the Easter weekend, everything was managed very efficiently. The breakfast buffet had an excellent spread with plenty of options, and the quality was consistently good. The reception staff and waiters were extremely helpful and attentive, always on the move and ensuring guests were well taken care of. Housekeeping was also reliable, with rooms cleaned thoroughly every day. Overall, a very comfortable and well-managed stay—would definitely recommend.

I received my room as a reward for volunteering in Dorset through a scheme called Room To Reward. Thank you so much to Holiday Inn for participating in the scheme because we had a lovely break. Breakfast was included and there was plenty to choose from. The room and bathroom were spotlessly clean and all the staff we met were charming. Definitely recommend a stay here and we are already planning a return trip as there was so much to do in Cheltenham.

A typically good Holiday Express in the heart of Cheltenham. Comfortable rooms and a hearty breakfast. Friendly staff contributing to a very enjoyable stay. My only comment was that the food other than breakfast is on the hotel app and not on the tables as is the case with others we have stayed at. Car parking is in a NCP multi storey two minutes from the hotel. The hotel discount the ticket at the desk. £11-50 a night. The brewery quarter consisting of restaurants, cinema and gym ( free use off inc swimming pool. Is virtually opposite.
