A beautiful, well kept site. A very quiet, secluded place, with very generous pitches. The owners are very welcoming and helpful. We had a lovely few days, with walks to the local marina, a visit to the cafe and a walk over to the ice cream farm opposite. This is probably the best CL site around this area by far. Thank you for a great few days, we will definitely be revisiting. :-)

Brilliant CL site. Plenty of room and kept nice. Cant comment on the toilets as due to covid we were not allowed to use them. Lovely seeing the lambs and goats. And some lovely circular walks around the area, one through the fields and along the canal. We parked up with back to fence, but decided to move the caravan round, to take advantage of the sun. The van next to us was already parked that way, we soon found out why. Great ice cream shop with fun park for little ones, just down the road and a couple of farm shops are also in the area. Honesty fridge from which you could buy milk, orange juice, eggs etc. Brilliant idea. Owners are really nice and very helpful. We should have left Friday but was enjoying our stay so much we asked if we could stay a bit longer, which luckly we could. Hope to be back one day.

Stunning site, with 'tranquil' lake to sit around and enjoy watching the wildlife visit. As all reviews, this has to be one of the best CL sites in the area and beyond! Added bonus of having new facilities, toilets and showers. Andrew, the owner is exceptionally accommodating and knowledgeable of the local area. Great cycle routes and walking direct from the site. Easy 5 min walk to the pub too. Thanks Andrew, we've had a great stay and will be returning!
