A magical experience from start to finish. We stayed in the Giraffe lodge which overlooked the giraffe enclosure. Upon arrival we were greeted by the wonderful Danielle and her team, offered welcome drinks and sat on the terrace whilst our luggage was delivered to our room. The rooms are beautiful and I can honestly say it was an experience we will remember forever! Thank you reserve team 🦒 🐘

The whole experience was magical. The staff could not be more friendly and helpful. The room was simply stunning and so big. The bed was super comfy as well. Food in the restaurant was very nice as was the breakfast. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Our adventure was amazing from start to finish. The rooms were amazing so so clean and relaxing especially the look out lodge. The zoo itself had everything we expected with our own private entrance. The staff were very helpful and friendly so thank you Ellie and all the team. The restaurant and food was also amazing with their out door area in which we sat and took in the amazing view. Can't wait to return

Wow!! What an incredible place to stay, we have just returned from a 2 night stay at the resort after celebrating my Wife’s 30th birthday. Room 314 is absolutely fantastic for seeing the Giraffe there is a feeding post right outside the balcony with amazing views. We had 2 evenings meals and breakfast onsite at the restaurant and the food was outstanding!!! Fresh and delicious. The staff were amazing and couldn’t do enough to make our stay so special. Thank you for making our family time so special and something we will never forget.
