What visitors say
Me and my friend took our 2 little girls today to see Santa and it was amazing. Santa was soo good and his elf. They got a lovely book, a Teddy and a chocolate Santa as the present from Santa. They also got a colouring book and pens and a lovely meal with a drink aswell as the soft play for 22 pound. They also made reindeer food for Rudolph to take home with them. It was worth every penny and Leanna was very friendly too. We always visits zippys throughout the year but this is the first Christmas experience we have booked. The grotto and Santa was very good and the list they wrote to Santa is really detailed and Santa asks about your pets and what u would like for Christmas ect. 5 stars from us

So I went to to Zippy’s today with my 8 month old and what a lovely experience we had, we loved the sensory room. It was all super clean, and really impressed with that changing room for the younger children even had a little play pen in the bathroom to pop baby in so the parents etc can use the toilet without worry. The staff was amazing and went above and beyond. Food was reasonably priced and very nice x

Perfect for us...this is so much better than back home. This soft play is perfect for toddlers and young kids. We loved it. Unfortunately the meals were not as great. But overall 9/10 The toilets are clean and they provide toddler seats for the toilets which is much needed. Well thought out.

Really good soft play centre. One of the better ones I've been to. My child is almost 2 and she was more than capable of playing in the older children's area ( with me) large soft play with plenty of climbing areas and places to explore. Child didn't get bored. Staff actually seemed like they enjoyed their job and were friendly unlike other places I have been!
