What a beautiful hotel i love all the decor and the cleanliness is outstanding staff are so friendly and helpful. The room was absolutely beautiful the bed was so comfortable. We booked this hotel as a last minute it was getting late we been driving for hours so booked over the phone when we arrived thought we had the wrong place as the price was affordable for such a high end hotel

John checked us in, he was lovely, helped us to our room with our bags, room was fab, in the court yard room 19, car parking space at the side of the room, little area with TV and chairs, plus a fridge to put our wine in, super- king bed. Really comfortable.. John explained where everything was pubs, shops, places to eat. Breakfast was delicious buffet style, eggs made for you which I liked, coffee tea juices cereals croissants pastries and full cooked breakfast, lady at breakfast was lovely, walked into Chester 15-20 minutes, nice walk. Lots of pubs, places to eat, walks and shops. Would recommend this hotel, we will definitely be back, thank you 😁

Overall great experience, bed a bit squeaky but super comfortable, by very busy rd but quiet inside . Great staff - so helpful with everything. Really good value and lovely breakfast

We had a 2 day break in December 2024 and stayed 2 nights in the guest house. The room was great and the staff very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was delicious. Hoole has some great pubs and restaurants and a nice micro-pub a short walk away. We would highly recommend.
