Spent 3 nights at Chester house hotel on Hoole Rd Chester and loved everything about it. Loved the decor and pictures in every location. Parking is on site and room for about 15 cars. Our room was great and had a fridge and a fan complimentary biscuits and chocolate. The breakfast is buffet style and was good quality and all the staff were attentive. It is on the main bus route or a nice stroll around 20 minutes into Chester. There is nothing negative about the place and we will definitely be returning. Well done the owners

Just stayed in the guest house for a night. Friendly welcome, room was spotless and really comfortable. We were shown where to get extra tea/coffee etc and even ice for drinks. We were given great advice on places to eat nearby and really accurate directions for the easy walk into Chester. The shower in the bathroom was amazing. The included breakfast was superb. Cooked breakfast buffet with eggs made to order. Toast, Cereal, croissant and other pastries, fruit and assorted cold drinks. Will definitely be back.

The room was great, clean and the beds were really comfortable. Our main disappointment was the breakfast. We were told it was served between 8 and 10am. However, when we arrived at 9am, there was no availability in the tiny dining room. The main waitress was incredibly rude. We waited for 40 mins and by this time most of the food had gone and what was left was luke warm. They then cleared away all the breakfast items at 9.50am. They even took our plates which we were still eating from off our table! Lots of tutting! I very rarely complain but this was the worse breakfast I've ever had! The following morning we went elsewhere. I recommend the room, but if you want breakfast, I suggest you get there early to avoid the same treatment we had.
