The Pottery Room

*Magical 6th birthday party* Can’t thank the Pottery room enough for the most incredible experience for our 6-year-old. Our party of 13 all loved choosing their teddies, stuffing them, making wishes as they put in their hearts, writing birth certificates and giving them a t-shirt. They all had adorable little snack boxes then got to chose and paint pottery together. The whole experience was so stress free and well organised, a total joy for the parents as well as the kids. For the experience we had the cost was very reasonable and so worth doing. The hosts are the loveliest people and the venue is beautiful. Thank you so much for hosting the best party ever, we hope to be back soon to try out the splatter room and pottery wheels.

We had the most wonderful experience here last weekend. The studio has such a warm, relaxing, and creative atmosphere. They have a fantastic selection of pottery pieces to choose from, ranging from simple mugs to unique decorative items, and all the paint colours and tools you could possibly need.The staff were incredibly helpful, patient, and welcoming. They took the time to explain all the techniques and gave great tips without being intrusive at all. It is the perfect place for a relaxing solo afternoon, a fun date, or a catch-up with friends.My finished piece came out of the kiln looking absolutely beautiful. I cannot wait to come back and paint something else. Highly recommend!

Amazing experience painting some beautiful pottery. Extremely friendly service from Ibi and he makes a great cup of tea! Beautiful, colourful rooms with lots of different activities to choose from. The decorations are stunning! Lots of space, calming lighting and perfect temperature. Very welcoming from the second we came through the door and lovely to have a nice chat too. Already booked our second session and will definitely be recommending to others and be regular customers. Great place for all ages! Was easy to get a parking space right outside. Great if you need a relaxing few hours, to create a personalized gift for someone, a date day or a family day.

This was a hard decision as I would leave 1 star review but the location was really good as it was wheelchair accessible and had room to move around inside and staff was helpful with regards to wheelchair access. However, what let this business down was the end result of how the pottery painting turned out. Though the product was expensive it was spouse to be a money box football. After painting a few layers on the ball and using some of their glitter paints they had you wouldn't have thought it. Most of the glitter paints didn't show glitter apart from one that was gold the rest was really bad. The paints even after putting a few layers per colour on, the finishing result is really bad you wouldn't have thought you had put layers on it as the paints are faint and you can see brush strokes. Then to top it all of it was presented in one small bit of bubble wrap that wouldn't have done anything to protect it and there is no stopper in the bottom so how can this now be used as a money box. As I don't leave local to them I couldn't get them to resolve it. I have done other pottery painting before at other locations and I'm sorry to say but this would not be on my lists to visit as there is other locations that the finishing product is a lot better.
