Anokha London

Had a lovely dinner with my friend last week. I was a little early but the hosts made me feel so welcome and had a chat with me at the table. The decor is really warm and cosy. Would be great for a romantic dinner. The food was delicious, at first glance the portions seem small but we had two starters, two mains and two deserts and we couldn’t finish it! We were so full. It was a lovely weeknight treat. I think would be great for bdays and office parties in the city. The host helped us take pictures together at the end 😂😂

Anokha exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with friendly and professional service in a beautiful, stylish setting. We began with the tandoori king prawns and the chilli squid rings. Both starters were outstanding - the prawns were succulent with a delicious smoky tandoori flavour, while the squid was crispy, perfectly cooked and full of flavour. For the main course, we enjoyed the tandoori mixed grill and the lamb biryani. The mixed grill offered an excellent selection of tender meats, all beautifully seasoned and cooked over the tandoor. The lamb biryani was aromatic, comforting and bursting with authentic Indian flavours, with melt-in-the-mouth lamb. Everything about the experience reflected the quality and authenticity of the restaurant. Outstanding food, excellent service and a wonderful atmosphere. Highly recommended for anyone looking for exceptional Indian cuisine in London.

My sister and I came to try Indian cuisine for the first time. The restaurant had an award for best curry and we decided it would be a great place to go to. We were so pleased with the experience, service and hospitality of the place! It was spacious, beautifully decorated and very well maintained. The food was absolutely delicious! We had two starters (duck and lamb) almost as big as the main course. And huge portions for our main meals, we both got chicken and they had so many different cooking options on the menu. The pistachio Indian ice cream is a must try! We couldn’t finish everything because of how generous the portions were but the lovely staff packed it up for us to take home. It was a great experience and we will definitely be back!

We had an amazing experience at Anokha! From the moment we arrived, the service was incredibly warm, attentive, and professional. The staff made us feel truly welcome and took great care of us throughout our visit. The food was absolutely delicious — fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. We ordered both starters and main courses, and every dish exceeded our expectations. You can really tell that a lot of care and attention goes into every plate. The atmosphere was stunning as well. The interior is beautiful, stylish, and creates a wonderful dining experience. The drinks were also fantastic and perfectly complemented the meal. Overall, we were impressed not only by the quality of the food but also by the exceptional hospitality. Anokha is a place we would happily recommend, and we can't wait to come back!
