What diners say

Martha

Recently visited Gaucho City and overall had a very enjoyable experience. The restaurant has a stylish, lively atmosphere that works well for both business dinners and special occasions. The steak was cooked well and full of flavour, and the sides complemented the meal nicely. Service was friendly and attentive, although there were moments when it felt slightly rushed. Prices are on the higher side, but the quality of the food and the setting largely justify it. A solid choice if you’re looking for a premium steakhouse in the City.

Ordered steak tartar and Argentinian mac&cheese as a side. Now, tartar is one of my top 3 fav meals and I tried it at least 50+ times around the world, Argentina including, but never tried anything this bad nor not even mildly resembling a steak tartar. All tender, juicy meat flavor got lost in the weird creamy sauce covered in chimichuri with the most overpowering flavor ever completely defeating the purpose of the dish. Genuinely awful flavor combo but Mac & cheese saved the day as it was delicious albeit just your standard m&c, there was nothing Argentinian about it other than the name haha

A paradise for meat lovers, serving up rich South American flavours that make every steak feel like it flew in first class. The cuts are tender, the chimichurri is addictive, and the wine selection is so good you’ll start feeling like a connoisseur even if you’re not. Stylish, bold, and dangerously delicious. 🥩🍷🔥

Yum! What an amazing experience this was - the food was off the hook good! The appetizers were amazing, each one was unique and tasty, and they even had gluten free bread to serve - which for London is a pretty big deal. The main courses were all well seasoned, cooked to perfection and accompanied by very tasty sauces - each steak was cooked according to request (which rarely happens) - every one of us left super happy! 12/10 - excellent job!
