What diners say
For starters the venue is gorgeous. Such a beautiful church. The crypt is so peaceful and cosy. It’s such a conversation starter when you bring along friends. The food is perfection. I’ve had Lunch and Dinner here now. The service is flawless. As someone who doesn’t drink alcohol I was recommended alcohol-free options that no other restaurant is offering. Such a stand out for that reason, the staff have extensive knowledge to match your drinks to your food. The food, stunning. The execution of each dish has so much care and time put into it. The plating and taste is spot on. I really enjoyed the Salmon mosaic, not only was it a joy to look at but the flavour was so fresh! The seared Octopus eatten side-by-side with the cheese croquettes, flawless! The steaks where cooked exactly how I like them. The hand cut chips are a lovely touch paired such a rich flavoured chimichurri. You can’t go wrong! All the desserts were clearly made in house and it really adds to the flavour and quality! Extremely happy with both meals I’ve had here so far. Hats-off to the Chef’s, Kp’s and Servers. Your hard work and passion really shines through! :)

Dining beneath a historic church crypt wasn't something I ever expected to do, but it turned out to be one of the most memorable meals I've had in London. This hidden gem offers a truly magical atmosphere, with candlelight, ancient stonework, and delicious food. The cheese croquettes with tomato jam were incredible, and the madeleines with lemon curd alone are worth coming back for. I would definitely love to return.

Recently refurbished. Just popped back. Reaffirm previous review. Oustanding in every respect! Ideal for intimate chats or larger groups in a truly inspiring , convenient (CITY) & historic setting. Reasonably priced too. Enjoy a break amid walls that include walls containing Roman tiles... What's not to like?
