Beyond the rooms, guests have access to a restaurant and bar, room service, laundry service and air conditioning, along with family rooms and accessible rooms for those who need them. Business travellers are catered for too, with meeting rooms and concierge and porter services on hand, and on-site parking is available for a charge.
The location suits exploring central London on foot, with St Paul's Cathedral and the Bankside area both within easy reach, and plenty of restaurants, pubs and entertainment nearby. Staff throughout the hotel are regularly noted for being attentive and genuinely helpful, and pets are welcome for those travelling with a dog in tow.
What guests say
By far the nicest place we've stayed in London. Puts the W to shame. Staff were excellent. We felt welcome and taken care of from the moment we arrived and spoke to Toby at reception. The room was very comfortable with quality beds and bedding, good shower, etc. The pool and thermal spa area were so relaxing and nice. It's kept very clean and there are adult hours which is great. The poolside loungers were really nice The location is great and the multiple entries are fantastic for getting in out of the rain quickly regardless of where you are coming from. Breakfast was very good. High quality and good service. The Executive Club Lounge is the only thing that was average. The space is very nice and the quality teas were fabulous but otherwise the food and drink offerings were on the average side compared to other Marriott properties. Not bad at all, just not the "much better than most" that the rest of the hotel is.

It was an amazing stay at the Westin London City! I stayed here for the first night of my London trip, and it turned out perfect. The room was very comfortable and had everything I needed to relax after my long flight from Japan. It was super clean and spacious, which really helped me recover from my fatigue. All the staff members were welcoming, helpful, and friendly. Special thanks to Sami and Cristina. I would highly recommend this hotel!

Me and my daughter stayed one night on 30th June at this hotel. As I had a full hip surgery, we were given a large Disability room. On our arrival I was so touched by the staff as they knew who I was and greeted me with a warm welcome. The staff took us on the 4th floor to the reception desk. We were greeted by the reception staff and we were shown where our room was. The room was equipped with all the facilities for me and the shower room too has all the facilities for me to have a shower with confidence and it was perfect for my needs. We thank all the wonderful staff who looked after us and specially the manager Rafayal for making my stay so comfortable. Finally the breakfast was so delicious and the staff were so attentive and friendly. Thank you you so much for all your help. Nasim Velji

I stayed at The Westin London City a few weeks ago to celebrate my birthday, and I honestly cannot fault a single thing. From the moment the booking was made, the service was phenomenal. The hotel reached out beforehand to understand my expectations and ensure everything was perfect. George, the Guest Experience Manager, was incredibly receptive over email, quick to reply, and completely sorted out all my requests seamlessly. When my sister and I arrived, the front desk team was wonderful. I unfortunately didn't catch the name of the lady who checked us in, but she was brilliant she immediately wished me a happy birthday, knew exactly who we were, and offered us lovely beverages while we waited. We were thrilled to receive a room upgrade, and the room itself was gorgeous. They had set up the birthday package beautifully, exactly as we discussed. The birthday cake they provided was so sweet, and the champagne was lovely and of really good quality. A huge shoutout goes to the breakfast team. The buffet spread was fantastic with loads of different options, but the service is what really elevated it. The staff were so attentive, constantly checking in to make sure everything was okay and topping up our cups the second we were running low on juices. I didn't get their names, but they were phenomenal. I also highly recommend the Heavenly Spa. It is absolutely stunning, and I ended up visiting multiple times during my stay. The hotel flawlessly honored all the extra perks that came with my Amex booking, which I was incredibly impressed by. Finally, a special thank you to Samie, who was so polite and helpful when we were checking out, handling our things and personally escorting me to my Uber. Every single staff member we encountered was friendly, approachable, and helpful. They truly created a beautiful, worthwhile experience for my birthday, and I would absolutely stay here again!
