I am truly mesmerized by the service so smooth, it's incredible that how much deep understanding the staff has for their guest need, if you ever visit you might not even require to raise a finger for anything. And the food is delicious, prawns were very tempting, truffle arinchi is the best in all London. In short had the best time ❤️❤️

Great service! Radka was really sweet, she helped us decide what drinks to choose and told us what she liked on the menu. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was really nice. There was some live music from a dj and because of the high ceilings the restaurant felt really open and comfortable. I would definitely come here again!

Recently, we experienced a level of service that was not in keeping with our previous visits to Piazza Italiana. When the manager, Gabor, asked about our lunch experience, we shared our concerns with him. Gabor listened carefully to our feedback and kindly invited us back. On our return visit, he personally oversaw the service, and he and his team could not have done more to ensure we had an excellent experience. Gabor’s professionalism, willingness to listen, and commitment to customer satisfaction are a real asset to Piazza Italiana. Not every restaurant takes the time to follow up on feedback and put things right, so we would like to extend a sincere thank you to Gabor and his team.
