I had an amazing stay at Pan Pacific London and would absolutely return. The room was beautiful (especially the bathroom) spacious, clean, and comfortable. The turndown service was such a thoughtful touch and really elevated the entire experience. Every interaction with the staff was warm, professional, and genuinely welcoming. From the front desk to room service, everyone went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed and felt well taken care of. A special thank you to Cornel, one of the doormen, who truly stood out. He was incredibly kind, helpful, and always greeted me with a smile. Absolutely stunning stay here, possibly the best hotel stay I have ever had. We stayed for just one night after the London Marathon, and the team were friendly, welcoming and kind. As part of the Fine Hotels programme they even upgraded us to a suite! They also provided a some electrolytes in the room and delivered a hand written note with a cake to say congratulations! The room itself was beautifully appointed with amazing views. A lovely bathroom and even a provided Dyson hairdryer. Add to this the pool which was so relaxing and a lovely breakfast I really can't fault it.

Everything about this hotel is excellent!! We mistakenly made a reservation for the 12th of June instead of the 13th. We realised it too late on the 13th on our way to the hotel. The staff kindly moved our stay for the 13th and they only charged us the difference for the Saturday rates. I couldn’t believe it, I was so happy!! Service was above and beyond!! The room was amazing, stunning city view, spotless, the most comfortable and cozy bed I have ever slept! Staff was so kind and welcoming. The best hotel we have visited so far. We are definitely coming back! Thank you for making our anniversary so special xx

What a genuinely stunning hotel! Me and my son stayed on Saturday night and every second of it was enjoyed. The staff were incredible and the room was magnificent. Cannot praise this place highly enough 😁
