We really loved the food. Good prices and all very tasty. The staff was friendly. The service was quick. Nice atmosphere during lunch time. Didn't like the toilets area, basement and very dark. However it was all clean and tidy. Great location and family friendly. Vegys options available.

My wife and I went here for lunch yesterday (a Saturday) and we immediately felt welcome and were looked after throughout our time there. Food arrived quickly. We had a Shakshuka and Pizza capricciosa, both were delicious, with a coffee and soft drink. What really impressed us was the way they dealt with our questions about allergies, which they took very seriously. Thank you to Jasmine and the other staff for making it a wonderful experience.

Outstanding service from Cabral. Very pleasant, polite and professional. He was very attentive, he answered any questions we had about the menu and asked if we needed anything else after we had placed our order. He cleared our tables for us swiftly after eating so we can have the space to enjoy our drinks. Food was decent, the prawns were my favourite. All round great service from beginning to end. Thankyou Botanical Hall and thanks to Cabral for making our first time experience wonderful.

We had the most amazing time at Botanica Hall for my birthday bottomless brunch. We were hosted by Elias who was an absolute babe and treated us like royalty throughout! I’ve been to brunches at the ‘Halls’ before and the food, music and vibes exceeded the standard. Will be back very soon I’m sure! Thanks so much! Izzy
